It’s time for a preview of the games we have on tap across our networks tonight for high school football
GERING- The Gering Bulldogs return home with an undefeated record of 4-0 tonight after downing Ogallala on the road last Friday, 26-8. The Bulldogs will take on their first ‘Class B’ opponent of the season as they begin district play against the 3-1 McCook Bison.

LEXINGTON- After falling for the first time this season at home in a top-ten clash against Seward, the Scottsbluff Bearcats are back on the road tonight to open up district play against the Lexington Minutemen, who are coming off of a, 48-7, loss to Plattsmouth last Friday that dropped their record to 0-4.

KIMBALL- Our Area Game of the Week returns tonight as we head to Kimball for an old fashioned WTC clash between the Kimball Longhorns and the Bridgeport Bulldogs.
The Longhorns are 1-3 with their lone win on the season being a 54-26 Saturday after victory over Bayard back in week two. Kimball is coming off of a 68-20 loss to Hemingford in their opening district game of the season. Coach Darrell Howitt talks about the matchup with Bridgeport:
Meanwhile, the Bridgeport Bulldogs are coming off of a 26-20 thrilling victory over district opponent Perkins County to get Bridgeport to 2-2 on the season, after starting 0-2. Bridgeport coach Jeremy Reimers talks about the keys to tonight matchup with the longhorns.
