A stabbing victim has been hospitalized and the suspect behind bars following an early Wednesday morning altercation in Alliance.
Police Chief David David Leavitt tells KNEB News that officers responded to a 911 call about a stabbing that had occurred inside a residence. Police arrived and were able to arrest the suspect, who has not been identified at this time.
The victim was transported to Box Butte General Hospital and taken by AirLink for further treatment.
Leavitt says this case remains open and active pending further investigation.
