A passed out driver at Scottsbluff gas station parking lot with a large amount of drugs has struck a plea deal to avoid going to trial.

Court documents say Scottsbluff officers made contact with Chazz Litz of Rapid City back in May, and was observed to have a bong between his legs.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of 133 fentanyl pills and a small amount of methamphetamine.

Last month in District Court, he pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, and will be back in court on November 18th for sentencing.
