The driver who led authorities on an hour long pursuit with speeds reaching 100 miles per hour on Highway 385 last month was back in Morrill County Court this week.
30-year-old Develyn Tasby was arrested by Nebraska State Patrol Troopers after stop sticks were deployed and was tracked down at a Bridgeport resident.
On Monday, his case was bound over to District Court, where he will soon be arraigned on a Class 4 Felony charge of Flight to Avoid Arrest.
