Melvin Dean Surratt, 87, of Scottsbluff, passed away Tuesday, Sept 27, 2022, at the Western Nebraska Veteran’s Home in Scottsbluff.
His funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, October 7, 2022, at Jones Mortuary in Mitchell with Pastor Rick Reisig officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Scottsbluff.
Visitation will be Thursday, Oct 6, 2022, from 4-7pm at Jones Mortuary. It is respectfully requested that in lieu of any flowers, memorials in Melvin’s honor be made in care of his family to be designated at a later time.
