USDA grant helps cooperative update grocery store

The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced on Sept. 9, the investment of $464 million to build or improve renewable energy infrastructure to help rural communities, agricultural producers and businesses lower their energy costs. Among those receiving REAP grants is the Farm to Family Cooperative Grocery Store in Hay Springs.
