There will be no trial for a 33-year-old rural Scottsbluff man who was the target of a WING Drug Task Force investigation this winter.

He was initially facing two counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine 28 – 140 grams, and one count of Distribution of Meth, 10 – 28 grams.

Last week in District Court, he pleaded guilty to three amended charges of Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazard Drug.
