A passed out driver at Scottsbluff gas station parking lot is now behind bars on felony drug charges.
Court documents say Scottsbluff officers made contact with Chazz Litz of Rapid City late Sunday morning, who was observed to have a bong between his legs.
A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of 133 fentanyl pills and a small amount of methamphetamine.
He was arrested and on Monday afternoon was arraigned on felony charges including Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
