Hundreds of kids lined up this morning to get signed up for the 2023 Summer Reading Program at the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library,
This year’s theme is “All Together Now”, and before registration opened, a massive crowd gathered outside the library.
Some of the first through the door to get signed up were given goodie bags and crafts and teens were also able to enter for special prizes for signing up on the first day.
