Box Butte General Hospital is gearing up for an improvement and expansion project for the Alliance health care facility in the near future.
Next Tuesday, BBGH officials and members of BWBR Architects will highlight the Facility Master Plan, which includes a renovation project and construction of a new, free-standing Dialysis Center.
With plans to begin construction next spring, the update and an expanded treatment area is needed to keep up with growth in patient services, as well as replacing the existing Dialysis unit that’s nearly 25 years old.
The forum starts at 6 p.m. at the Alliance High School Performing Arts Center.
