A 35-year- old Scottsbluff woman has been sentenced to jail following convictions in two District Court cases.
Last week, Samantha Mendoza was sentenced to 365 days in jail after pleading no contest to 2nd Degree Forgery. She was convicted after passing a forged check valued somewhere between $1,500 and $5,000
She was also sentenced to time already served on an Attempted Burglary Conviction and she’ll also be serving a term of 9 months of post release supervision.
