An 18-year-old Scottsbluff man is facing a variety of charges stemming from an early Sunday morning disturbance in Scottsbluff.
Kamrin Rivera is facing charges including 2nd Degree Assault and Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony.
Court records say Rivera was caught attacking a victim, and used a metal pipe to strike him. It further states doorbell camera footage shows Rivera taking the victim’s phone and smashing it on the concrete.
Bond has been set at $200,000 and he was arraigned on the charges on Monday in Scotts Bluff County Court.
