Florine Pappas, age 89,of Scottsbluff, passed awayon Tuesday, July 23, 2024, inScottsbluff.
Cremation has taken place per her wishes. Inurnment will be with her husband, Gus, at the Bayard Veterans Circle, at the Bayard Cemetery on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 10 a.m., with Pastor Rick Reisig officiating.
Memorials in Florine’s honor may be made in care of the Festival of Hope, at Regional West Medical Center.

Florine was born February 10, 1935, in California. She met Gus Pappas while he was stationed in California in the Air Force. They returned to the farm in Bayard where they raised cattle and enjoyed farming. Florine enjoyed bowling, and her flower gardens. The couple enjoyed their winter home in the Phoenix, AZ, area for many years.
Florine will be lovingly missed by her family and friends.
