“Lair of the Vampire” Puzzle Room Hosted By Lied Scottsbluff Public Library
The Teen Advisory Council for the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library will host the “Lair of the Vampire” Puzzle Room fundraiser this weekend. The event is similar to an escape room except for the locked door. Your team will have one hour to use your problem-solving skills and cooperation to solve puzzles, follow clues, decipher coded messages and open locks to find the vampire and destroy it.
Tickets are $10 per person. The room is recommended for ages 10 to adult. Reservations for teams of two to six people can be made at the front desk of the library or by calling 630-6250. “Lair of the Vampire” will be located at the Wilde Thing Studio, 15 West 16th Street in Scottsbluff.
Available timeslots are Friday, October 11th at 4p.m., 5:30p.m., 7p.m. and 8:30p.m. and Saturday, October 12th at 10a.m., 11:30a.m., 1p.m., 4p.m., 5:30p.m., 7p.m. and 8:30p.m. Participants should arrive about 10 minutes early to go through the procedures. The escape room takes about one hour. For more information, call Elaine Bleisch, Youth Services Librarian, at 630-6250.
All proceeds from this event will go to the library foundation to be used to support teen programming.
