A 30-year-old Torrington man is facing a variety of charges stemming from a road rage incident that began near the Scottsbluff Wal-Mart.
On Monday morning, authorities received a call about a man who brandished a firearm at them following a disturbance.
Deputies were able to locate the vehicle as it head westbound, and pulled over Deveron Molden near the Mitchell Berean Church.
Molden advised he already had a warrant for his arrest, but denied having a gun… however a 9mm handgun was found in the backseat pouch.
He was arrested on charges including Terroristic Threats, Use of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony, Resisting Arrest, and Carrying a concealed weapon. He was scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Wednesday afternoon in Scotts Bluff County Court.
