A Scottsbluff woman accused of selling meth during a 2021 WING Drug Task Force operation has had her charges dismissed.

36-year-old Sheila Bouldt has been charged with distribution of a controlled substance, more than 28 but less than 140 grams of methamphetamine, and distribution of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school.

However last week in District Court, that case was dismissed as part of a larger plea deal involving several other cases.

Bouldt agreed to plea no contest to charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and three shoplifiting cases, and in exchange for her plea all other current Scotts Bluff County charges were dropped.

She could face up to two years in prison when sentenced on March 9th.
