The third and final person nabbed in a Labor Day Weekend drug bust where more than 900 fentanyl pills were seized has been sentenced to prison.

Last week in District Court, 42-year-old Justin Kumm of Scottsbluff was sentenced to 3-5 years in prison after pleading no contest to a Class 2A Felony charge of Attempted Distribution of Fentanyl.

Earlier this year, co-defendant Ashley Walker received the same 3 to 5 year prison sentence, while Lacey Calder was sentenced to 3 years of probation. Court records show that the 2008 Ford Escape that the trio was in at the time of their arrests was forfeited to the Scotts Bluff County Sheriff’s Department as part of Calder’s plea deal.
