An arrest warrant has been issued for a 25-year-old Scottsbluff man who was one of four arrested earlier this year following a shots fired investigation near the Landers Soccer Complex.
Anselmo Fuentes failed to appear for his pre-trial hearing last week in District Court, as he faces charges including Distribution of an Exceptionally Hazardous Drug and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
Fuentes and others were arrested in July after authorities found a 9mm handgun thrown from a vehicle, as well as more than one pound of marijuana. If convicted on the current charges, he would be facing a mandatory minimum of three years in prison.
