A 17-year-old from rural Morrill has been injured after the motorcycle he was driving was struck by a vehicle Sunday in Scottsbluff.
Police say James Adams was riding northbound when he was struck by 17-year-old Cadence DuBray at the intersection of 1st Avenue and East 19th Street.
Adams was transported to Regional West by VAlley Ambulance for treatment of injuries.
A citation was issued to Krista Hernandez, the owner of the vehicle, for not having proof of insurance, and no other citations have been issued, pending completion of a traffic crash reconstruction.
