The 2021-22 Nebraska FFA Officer Team recently visited the Rural Radio Network studios in Lincoln as part of their Nebraska FFA Foundation premier sponsor visits.
During the team’s visit, they met with RRN staff to learn more about the company and share what Nebraska FFA is doing to prepare future leaders in the agriculture industry. The state officers said they’re focused on developing the next generation of employees in the agriculture industry to address the labor shortage and taking steps to close the urban-rural divide in agriculture.
In addition, the officer team just wrapped up Nebraska FFA COLT (Chapter Officer Leadership Training) Conference. At COLT Conference, state officers facilitate workshops and prepare FFA officers across the state for their roles in their local chapters.
