Charles Herbster, the CEO of Conklin Co., finished second in the Nebraska Republican Gubernatorial Primary receiving about 30% of the votes, falling behind University of Nebraska Regent Jim Pillen who had 33% of the vote as of midnight.
Addressing the audience at his watch party Tuesday evening, Herbster thanked his staff and supporters.
