West Point Public Schools has named DJ Weddle the new Superintendent .Weddle is currently the High School Principal at West Point Beemer Public Schools. The other finalists for the position were Adam Patrick, currently at Potter Dix Public Schools, John Poppert, St Paul Public Schools, and Tiffanie Welte who is with Weeping Water Public Schools. Weddle will take over for Bill McCallister who is retiring at the end of the school year. Weddle will take over the position on July 1st 2022
