Nebraska Game and Parks’ Greg Wagner talked fishing with JD Gibbs on 840 KTIC’s Midday in MidAmerica this week. Wagner shares some insight as to how to go about catching catfish and carp.
Wagner says the best time to fish is early in the morning up until about 9 and then in the evening after supper.
