Overview:

The Tekamah-Herman Girls Basketball Team looks to do well this year. 6th year Head Coach David Eriksen tells us who all returns from last year.

I think these girls have the potential to be very successful and do really well this year.

Tekamah-Herman nearly doubled their win total last year from the year before, and so perhaps the Tigers can get into double digits wins this year.

I think Hansen, Freidel, and others are going to be real solid for Tekamah-Herman this season.

I feel as if there’s a real opportunity for the Tigers to do some nice things this year.

Season Outlook:

Tekamah-Herman looks to fight and play hard and have a good season this year. Coach Eriksen says they have 14 girls out for the team this year, but 3 are injured.

The Tigers host Pender Friday night in the season opener in a game that can be heard on 107.9 the Bull. Coach Eriksen says the Pendragons are the real deal.

Tekamah-Herman is in Sub-District C1-5 with West Point-Beemer, Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, Wayne, and Winnebago. Coach Eriksen says all the teams are pretty similar

I totally agree with Coach Eriksen as I feel the Sub-District is wide open.

I feel like the Tigers’ schedule is pretty manageable this year and think they can do pretty well.

If Tekamah-Herman could get to double digit wins this year I feel like that would be a real positive thing for the Tigers this season.
