Proven Ventures and CCED to Hold Office Hours in West Point as part of “Coffee In Every County” Tour
June 2nd, 2023 | Jeff Axtell/Press Release

Proven Ventures, a visionary in the venture capital world with a keen affinity for barn raising and casserole making, and Cuming County Economic Development will hold Office Hours in West Point on Tuesday as part of their “Coffee In Every County” Tour. CCED Executive Director David Branch has further details.

Branch says there will be free coffee and ideas from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Branch says this is open to all Innovative Minds.

Branch says those attending should simply show up to Innovation Station for the event.

This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurs keen to learn about the art of growing and scaling a business from seasoned venture capital experts. Proven Ventures firmly believes that with the right strategic capital partners, the entrepreneurial spirit can thrive even more brightly. The Proven team, often likened to Nebraska’s diligent barn raisers and the community’s generous casserole makers, is bringing a fresh approach to venture capital that is tailor-made for the heartland. They stand ready to harness the innovative potential within Cuming County and beyond, working side by side with hard-working entrepreneurs to transform small ventures into substantial enterprises.

Branch talks about what they hope to accomplish.

Just as a barn raising relies on the collective effort of a community, Proven Ventures leverages collective resources, expertise, and networks to raise businesses from the ground up “Our sincere gratitude goes to the Cuming County Economic Development Inc.. Their partnership and tireless dedication to stimulating the local economy have been instrumental in making these office hours possible,” shared Wassinger, general partner of Proven Ventures. “The cooperation between Proven Ventures and Cuming County EDC is a testament to the power of community collaboration and shared vision.”

So, Nebraska entrepreneurs, mark your calendars for Tuesday! Bring your ideas and ambition to Innovation Station in West Point, where the coffee will be hot, the conversation insightful, and the company inspiring. To RSVP or for further information about the event, please email Wassinger directly at erica@proven.ventures.
