Pender Football Standout Chase Hofmeister is headed to Concordia next year. Hofmeister, who also had offers from Doane, Hastings, and Briar Cliff, explains why he chose Concordia.
Hofmeister says the coaching he received at Pender was superb.
Hofmeister, who also wrestled for Pender and played Baseball for the TC Thunder, says this past Football season in which the Pendragons went undefeated in the regular season and won the D2-2 District Title before falling to BDS in the 2nd round of the playoffs was his favorite High School Memory, adding the bus rides home were electric.
Hofmeister says he will play Defensive Back for the Bulldogs and plans to major in Agriculture Education.
He is the son of Mike and Kim Hofmeister.
