Cadets, Diekemper place 4th at Girls State Golf

The Class C Girls State Golf Tournament wrapped up at Elks Country Club in Columbus on Tuesday. West Point-Beemer placed 4th as a team, finishing 70 strokes behind state champion Broken Bow. Individually, the Cadets’ Brook Diekemper finished tied for 4th at 18 over par while teammate Shelbie Woerman placed 30th, shooting 56 over par. West Point-Beemer’s Valerie Lierman placed 51st at 69 over par while the Cadets’ Emily Oligmueller and Allie Boell were 67th and 68th, shooting 78 and 79 over par, respectively. Oakland-Craig’s Kara Selken came in tied for 56th with 73 over par.
