A presentation of the 2024 Housing Advisory Committee’s findings and recommendations will be heard by the Blair Planning Commission this coming Tuesday evening. Also expected, public hearings on rezoning application for Gutschow Plaza, a preliminary plat application for the Blair Crossing Subdivision, the creation of a special housing district, a hearing on a proposal allowing condosin the 590 South 10th Street area, and rezoning of the 9300 block of State Highway 133. That meeting Tuesday starts at 7:00 in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
