Gabrielle “Gabby” Mae Jurgensen, age 23, of North Platte, Nebraskapassed away September 18, 2021, at her home. The family has established a memorial in memory of Gabby. A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 4, 2021 at the Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner, NE, with Rev. Janelle Siffring officiating. Interment will be in the Wisner Cemetery. Minnick Funeral Home in Wisner is assisting with the local arrangements.
Gabby was born August 2, 1998 to Corey G. Jurgensen and Kimberly Sue Strong, in West Point, Nebraska.
Gabby attended Maxwell High School and moved to Iowa for a short time. She will always be remembered as a free spirit who walked her own way, always independent. She enjoyed drawing and will be remembered for her beautiful smile. Gabby enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her friends.
Gabby is survived by her children, daughter Delilah and son Korbin (Benjamin); parents, father, Corey (Melissa) Jurgensen, Scranton, Iowa; mother, Kim (Jim) Woodill, North Platte, Nebraska; brothers, Gage Alexander Jurgensen, North Platte, Nebraska, Joshua Massure, Winterset, Iowa; sisters, Cari Najarro, Wisner, Nebraska, McKenna Brunckhorst, Pierce, Nebraska, and Asta Jurgensen, Scranton, Iowa; nieces Jadi’ and Ryatt, and nephew Ray. Along with numerous other family members and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Carolyn Schnacker, Lawrence Strong, Keith Jurgensen, Jim and Bev Hubschmitt, and niece Sophia.
