Councilman John Schmall, who has acted as the public relations officer since the tornadoes hit on Monday, says most power has been restored.
But Schmall says if residents still don’t have power, it’s likely an issue that needs to be addressed by an electrician before the city restores power . Schmall says they have crews trying to get power restored on a case by case basis.
Schmall says the help from all the other panhandle communities has been amazing.
