WSC is 2-7 on the season and 1-4 in the NSIC South with UIU at 3-6 and 1-4 in divisional play entering Saturday’s contest. The Wildcats are coming off a 55-2 home loss to #1 Minnesota State while Upper Iowa lost 34-7 at Sioux Falls. The series history between the two clubs is tied at 6-6 with eight of the 12 games played decided by six points or less. Last season, Wayne State posted a 28-10 win over the Peacocks in Wayne while two years ago UIU won 35-30 in Fayette.
