Trucking Foundation committee awards $21,000 community college scholarships

Lincoln, NE – The Nebraska Trucking Foundation Board of Trustees awarded 14 scholarships of $1,500 each to support students pursuing careers in professional truck driving or diesel technology.

The 2018 scholarship funds are distributed to Nebraska-based community colleges that offer driving and diesel technology programs.  These include Central Community College, Hastings; Metropolitan Community College, Omaha and Northeast Community College, Norfolk.
