Norfolk Man Found Guilty Again Of DUI

Last week in Stanton County District Court, a 58 year old Norfolk man was found guilty by a District Court jury on a charge of Felony aggravated third or subsequent offense-Driving While Intoxicated.

Louis Grutell was found guilty in the day long trial prosecuted by County Attorney W. Bert Lammli.

Grutell was arrested in February 2017 by the Stanton County Sheriff’s office near Hwy 24 and Crown Road just East of Norfolk and tested more than twice the legal limit at the time of his arrest.

Grutell now faces up to 20 years in prison and loss of his license for fifteen years when he is sentenced in March by District Judge Mark Johnson.
