Kearney, Neb. — A vehicle caught fire shortly before 6 p.m. Tuesday on the shoulder of eastbound Interstate-80 east of Kearney near the Archway, but there were no injuries. The vehicle was engulfed in flames before firefighters arrived. It was destroyed. The Nebraska State Patrol says there’s no word on what caused the fire.
